Steps Ace Trainers are taking to become COVID-19 secure

Covid-19 (coronavirus) has caused much damage to many businesses across the globe, including the Material Handling Equipment (M.H.E) Training Industry. The main cause being because in normal circumstances human contact could be made.

Many changes are having to be made here at Ace Trainers in order to ensure that our customers are safe, and COVID-19 protected whilst training in our facilities, along with our members of staff also.

All changes have been followed in line with our Accrediting Bodies and the Government Guidelines, these will be implemented before training operations restart.

These Include.

  • Reduced training ratio at a maximum of 2:1:1.
  • Separate entrances/exits with hand sanitation provided at these doors.
  • Signage, floor markings and briefings on social distancing and how our training centre has been adapted to incorporate social distancing.
  • All classroom lessons moved into the warehouse, to allow 2m separation.
  • Theory Examinations to be given verbally (explained during briefing).
  • Delegates must provide their own pens.
  • Change in how paperwork will be filled out (explained during briefing).
  • Designated areas that may only allow 1 person at a time.
  • Warehouse shutter will be kept open at all possible times to reduce contact with door handles.

These changes will affect the way that training is provided, however it is a MUST in order to reduce the spread of corona virus.

Much thought, time and planning have and still are being put in to ensure COVID 19 protection for everyone using our training facilities, and we at Ace ask for your patience and understanding in these difficult times.
