In-house training is one form of training course that Ace Trainers provide. In-House training is most beneficial for companies who want staff trained up for one specific work area only, which restricts them from using work equipment/performing job roles outside of the area in which they are authorised to. In-house training mainly focuses on the specific task that the individual is intending to perform. For example, if the delegate was attending an in-house forklift training course at their company premises that only used the forklift for loading/unloading a lorry bed, then racking work wouldn’t be necessary to train as it is not something that would be done in the real-life work environment.
In-house training can be performed at company workplaces or alternatively at our training center in Basingstoke, Hampshire. However just be aware that in-house training only allows you to work in the authorised work area, as mentioned. So make sure that your certificate covers you for the area that you intend to perform your role in.
